“ Came on a weekday late afternoon and place was crowded but still had seats available. Staff were polite and suggested for me to get a slice of cake to go with my drink as there's 60% off promotion even though I did not do so in the end. ”

The spaces between tables are also bigger, staffs are also friendly and makes the drinks fast. Ongoing promotions which makes it more affordable to have your coffee and cakes here. ”

They know when to say "thank you" and "sorry" (it's common sense but not every business does it well). I visited on August 21st at around 3pm. It was crowded as usual, but the 2 counter staffs handled very well and professionally. Waited 5 mins for my Chai Tea, and 20 mins for food but the staff who served the food to my table politely apologized for keeping me waiting. That was sweet. Quality and taste of food and beverage are also up to standard. Hope they keep up the good work! ”
